Ditech values our employees and recognizes the importance of offering benefits that enhance people’s lives. We have invested a great deal of time in finding a program that provides our employees with comprehensive benefits and controls out-of-pocket expenses both for the company and for you. With that in mind, Ditech is pleased to offer a benefits program that provides you flexibility and choice. This guide provides an overview of benefits available to your during the 2023 plan year. Your benefit needs are unique, so we strongly encourage you to review all options before making your elections.
To be offered medical insurance with Ditech, you have to be a full time team member, 30 + hours a week. Insurance will start on the 1st of the month following the 60th day of work completed.
Example: Employment start date - 1/12/2025
Coverage becomes effective- 4/1/2025
Whether electing or declining coverage, an enrollment form has to be filled out and returned by the deadline given per Benefits Coordinator. Any forms not completed and submitted back will result in no insurance offered until the next company wide enrollment event or a life changing event.
