Enrollment “How To”

Please note: This will be the only time to enroll or make changes to coverage outside of a life qualifying event.

First time enrolling? No worries, the process is simple.

Please click the button below that will direct you to the Paycom enrollment form. Please choose your options carefully. Once completed this will go into effect the first of the month following your 60 days of work completed. No other changes can be made until the following year of open enrollment or unless a qualifying event happens. Please see video for description of qualifying events or Benefits Guide.
